The Gorlex GFS 102 is a professional-grade, water-based intumescent coating designed to provide superior fire protection for electrical, communication, and data cables. In the event of a fire, the coating reacts to heat by expanding (intumescing) to form a thick, insulating carbonaceous char. This char layer acts as a thermal barrier, preventing the spread of flames along the cable jacket and maintaining the structural and functional integrity of your electrical infrastructure.
