Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Custom or special-order items are not eligible unless damaged or defective.

Process:

1. Email us at gopal.fire1511@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

2. Our team will review and confirm if the item is eligible.

3. You will need to ship the product to our address at your expense (unless the item was received damaged or defective).

4. Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery with images. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
